Tablescaping booking terms
These plain-English terms explain how Velvet Directory confirms an on-location tablescaping request. They are a working policy and should be reviewed before the service launches.
Velvet Directory is based in Airport West. Send your requested setup address with the booking request. The owner will confirm whether the location is serviceable, the travel quote and the service windows in writing before sending a $200 deposit request.
The booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking or payment. The owner checks the requested styling, table theme, setup and pack-down windows, location, access requirements and travel quote first. When the details are approved, we will send a $200 deposit request.
The fixed $200 deposit is credited toward the agreed booking total after your request is approved. If plans change, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss rescheduling or a refund. Any amount retained for a customer cancellation will be limited to reasonable costs actually incurred, and your consumer-law rights are not excluded.
You will receive the agreed styling, setup and pack-down windows, location confirmation and any travel quote in writing before the $200 deposit is requested.
A signed-in Velvet Directory member receives 10% off the approved styling service price. Travel additions are not discounted. The fixed $200 deposit remains payable after approval and is credited to the confirmed discounted balance.
Service scope
Velvet Directory provides tablescaping, Spring Picnic Styling and décor hire at your chosen location. It does not provide a venue, catering, food, beverages, food collection or food storage. A dedicated Catering recommendations category is being prepared.
